Vista Flights is a private flying club which owns and operates a 1967 Mooney M20F Executive aircraft based at Anoka Janes Field airport in Blaine Minnesota ANE. Established in 1978 this is a not for profit operation with no paid staff. The corporation has six equal shares, and owners of these shares have the sole right to use of the aircraft. It is rented at a nominal fee, which does not include fuel. Operating costs above and beyond the rental receipts are assessed equally to each share. Shares are available very infrequently as individual shareholders wish to sell. The last such transaction took place in 1996. Share prices are negotiated by the individual shareowner.
